Importing Textiles and Clothing from China
China is the world's largest textile exporter: an enormous supply of fabrics and apparel at highly competitive prices. The challenge lies in achieving consistent sizing, fabric quality, correct labeling and meeting seasonal deadlines. At R'S WARE we manage it from start to finish.
We handle apparel, home textiles and fabric by the meter: knitwear, woven, denim, sportswear and technical wear, workwear and promotional clothing. We verify the factory, control quality, manage labeling and logistics all the way to Spain, Europe or Latin America.
In textiles the devil is in the details: a lower weight than agreed, a color that bleeds or irregular sizing ruins an order. That is why we approve a gold sample and control quality before paying.

Contact nowFrequently asked questions
What is the typical minimum order (MOQ) in Chinese textiles?
It depends on the fabric and the factory, and is usually set by color and by size. We negotiate the MOQ and the assortment to adjust it to your order whenever possible.
How do you avoid sizing and weight problems?
We approve a gold sample and a technical datasheet with measurements and tolerances, and during inspection we check the weight (GSM) and the sizing against that reference before paying.
Does the labeling comply with Spanish and EU regulations?
Yes. We manage the composition and care label mandatory in the EU, in the destination language, and we verify specific requirements such as those for children's clothing or PPE.
What certifications can textiles have?
The most common is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 (absence of harmful substances), in addition to REACH compliance for dyes and finishes. We verify the ones your product requires.
How do you guarantee the color does not bleed?
We check the color fastness to washing and to rubbing during the quality inspection, against the approved sample, before authorizing shipment.
How long does a textile order from China take?
The timeframe adds the fabric lead time and the manufacturing lead time, plus transport. We plan it with you to arrive in season and give you a realistic schedule.
