There is no single lead time. Production time is agreed with each manufacturer and fixed in the contract, and transit time depends on the mode (sea, air or rail) and when it is booked. Your quote includes a specific estimate for your order.

Yes. We can verify them, negotiate, inspect and manage shipping even if you found the supplier yourself.

We check their business licence, their real production capacity and their certifications, and visit the factory whenever possible. We only present suppliers we have vetted.

Yes. We look for manufacturers whose MOQ (minimum order quantity) fits your volume and, when useful, consolidate orders so importing is profitable from the start.

We check the business licence and the registered scope of activity and, above all, visit the premises. A trading company isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you need to know so you can negotiate the price.

Yes, and we recommend it. We receive them in China, check them and send them to you together to save on shipping.

It is a check based on a statistical standard (ISO 2859) that defines how many units are reviewed and how many defects are tolerated for a given batch size. It lets you accept or reject an order on objective grounds.

It can be done during production, before shipment, or both. The most common is the pre-shipment inspection (PSI), with the goods already finished and packed.

A detailed report with photographs, measurements, quantity checks, functionality and packaging, plus the AQL result. You receive it before authorising the final payment.

Between 24 and 48 hours after the inspection, provided the service has been booked and we have checked the supplier beforehand.

We explain the defects and your options: the factory repairs or replaces the units followed by a re-inspection, you negotiate a discount, or you reject the batch. The balance isn't paid until you decide.

It depends on how far the inspector has to travel to the factory. We give you the exact price when we arrange the inspection, before the visit and with no obligation.

We work with all the usual Incoterms (FOB, EXW, CIF…) and offer turnkey DDP: we handle everything to your door, with duties and taxes already included, so you don't deal with the paperwork.

It depends on the transport mode and when it is booked: air is the fastest, rail sits in between and sea is the most economical for large volumes. When you request a quote, we give you the estimated transit time for your specific shipment.

Yes. We manage the customs documentation, tariff classification (TARIC code) and clearance, and tell you the duties and VAT in advance so there are no surprises.

If your cargo fills or nearly fills a container, FCL usually works out cheaper per unit and is faster at destination. For smaller volumes, groupage (LCL) lets you pay only for the space you use.

Yes. We handle door-to-door shipments to Colombia, Mexico and Ecuador, among other countries.

On site we verify that the factory exists and is legal, its production capacity, its quality systems, working and safety conditions, and the authenticity of its certifications.

It is highly recommended. A prior audit reduces the risk of fraud and non-compliance and gives you the confidence of working with a real, capable manufacturer before committing your investment.

Yes. We validate that certifications (ISO 9001, BSCI, Sedex…) are genuine and current, since expired or unverifiable documents are common.

An audit assesses the factory (whether it is reliable and capable); an inspection checks a specific order (whether it has been made properly). Ideally, you audit before the first order and inspect every shipment.

Yes. It is very useful if you have been working with them for a while and problems are starting, or if you are about to increase volume significantly.

Goods are delivered to the customer's door. If you need storage, at our Guangzhou warehouse or at destination, we'll agree terms with you based on volume and duration.

Yes. We group goods from different manufacturers in our warehouse and ship them together, which significantly reduces the transport cost per unit.

Yes, we check quantities and the visible condition of the packages. If you want a full quality check, that is done through an inspection.
