Purchasing Agent in China
Service →What exactly does a purchasing agent in China do?
We manage the whole import process on your behalf: we find and vet the supplier, negotiate prices and terms, oversee production, control quality and arrange shipping and payments. You simply receive the goods.
How do you charge for your services?
We work on a transparent commission agreed in advance on the order value, with no hidden costs. The quote is closed before the purchase starts so you know exactly what you will pay.
Is it safe to pay a Chinese factory through you?
Yes. We verify the legality and solvency of every supplier, sign a contract and handle payments in stages (e.g. 30% on order and 70% after inspection), so your money is protected at every step.
Supplier Sourcing in China
Service →How do you verify that a Chinese supplier is reliable?
We check their business licence, their real production capacity and their certifications, and visit the factory whenever possible. We only present suppliers we have vetted.
How long does it take to find a suitable supplier?
Usually between 1 and 3 weeks depending on the product's complexity. We hand you several compared options with prices, lead times and terms so you can decide with confidence.
Can you help me even if my quantities are small?
Yes. We look for manufacturers whose MOQ (minimum order quantity) fits your volume and, when useful, consolidate orders so importing is profitable from the start.
Quality Inspection in China
Service →What is an AQL quality inspection?
It is a check based on a statistical standard (ISO 2859) that defines how many units are reviewed and how many defects are tolerated for a given batch size. It lets you accept or reject an order on objective grounds.
When is the inspection carried out?
It can be done during production, before shipment, or both. The most common is the pre-shipment inspection (PSI), with the goods already finished and packed.
What does the inspection report include?
A detailed report with photographs, measurements, quantity checks, functionality and packaging, plus the AQL result. You receive it before authorising the final payment.
International Logistics & Transport
Service →Which Incoterms do you handle, including DDP?
We work with all the usual Incoterms (FOB, EXW, CIF…) and offer turnkey DDP: we handle everything to your door, with duties and taxes already included, so you don't deal with the paperwork.
How long does a shipment from China to Spain take?
By sea, roughly 30 to 45 days; by air, 5 to 10 days. We choose the option that best balances cost and lead time for your order.
Do you handle customs and import taxes?
Yes. We manage the customs documentation, tariff classification (TARIC code) and clearance, and tell you the duties and VAT in advance so there are no surprises.
Factory Reports and Quality Audits in China
Service →What does a factory audit in China check?
On site we verify that the factory exists and is legal, its production capacity, its quality systems, working and safety conditions, and the authenticity of its certifications.
Do I need to audit the factory before placing a large order?
It is highly recommended. A prior audit reduces the risk of fraud and non-compliance and gives you the confidence of working with a real, capable manufacturer before committing your investment.
Do you check certifications such as ISO 9001 or BSCI?
Yes. We validate that certifications (ISO 9001, BSCI, Sedex…) are genuine and current, since expired or unverifiable documents are common.
Warehousing and Logistics Management
Service →Do you offer warehousing both in China and in Spain?
Yes. We have warehouses to store and consolidate your goods at origin (China) before shipping and to receive and distribute them at destination (Spain), according to your needs.
Can you consolidate orders from several suppliers into one shipment?
Yes. We group goods from different manufacturers in our warehouse and ship them together, which significantly reduces the transport cost per unit.
Do you also handle order preparation and shipping (fulfillment)?
Yes. We can store your stock and pick, pack and dispatch orders to your end customers, so you outsource your entire logistics to a single provider.
