Quality Inspection in China
At R'S WARE we make sure every product you import from China meets the agreed quality standards and specifications. We run rigorous inspections at different stages of the production and shipping process.
Types of quality inspection
Three inspection types depending on the process stage:
- Pre-shipment inspection: after production finishes and at least 80% is packaged.
- During-production inspection: with at least 10% produced, to catch defects early.
- Container loading inspection: we oversee loading, container condition and quantities.
What our inspection includes
- Product specifications review.
- Detailed photographs of the goods.
- Materials, labelling and packaging verification.
- Loading-process oversight and container sealing.
- Detailed report with visual evidence.
- Immediate communication of any issues.
