Importing Toys from China
China manufactures most of the world's toys, with an enormous supply and highly competitive prices. The challenge with toys is safety: it is one of the most heavily regulated products in the EU. At R'S WARE we manage it from start to finish, with conformity first.
We import plastic, plush, wooden, educational, electronic and outdoor toys, as well as childcare items. We verify the factory and the certifications, control quality and safety, and manage logistics all the way to Spain, Europe or Latin America.
A toy that does not comply with the EN 71 standard or the CE marking cannot be sold in the EU and exposes the importer to liability. That is why we verify the safety documentation and test before paying.

Do you manage the test reports?
Yes. We coordinate testing at an accredited laboratory when required and make sure the technical file is complete.

Yes, it is one of the key points of the inspection, along with the strength of cords and parts, the edges and the durability of the paints, in addition to the age marking.
