CE marking and conformity

Voltage, after-sales and spare parts

Factory acceptance tests (FAT)
Before paying and shipping, we verify that the machine does what it promises.

Does Chinese machinery carry valid CE marking for the EU?
Some do and some do not. We verify that the manufacturer provides a valid CE marking and EC Declaration of Conformity, with its technical file, before importing; without it the machine cannot be put into service in the EU.
Will it work with the voltage of my installation?
China uses 220 V/50 Hz and three-phase 380 V. We check the voltage and frequency of the machine and its compatibility with your installation before buying, and adjust whatever is needed.
How do I get spare parts and after-sales service?
We negotiate a kit of critical spare parts and the warranty and support terms with the manufacturer, so that a breakdown does not leave you idle for months waiting for a part.
Can I see the machine running before paying?
Yes. We arrange a factory acceptance test (FAT): we check that it produces at the agreed speed and quality and send you a video or report before final payment.
Who handles the heavy transport and the installation?
We manage the packaging and stowage for heavy cargo, the insurance, the customs and the delivery; and we coordinate the installation or commissioning when required.
Does the manual come in Spanish?
We require it as part of the conformity: we negotiate that the instruction manual is delivered in the language of the country of use.
