Injection molds and customization
If you manufacture with your own mold, the mold is an asset amortized over volume. We make it clear before starting.

Quality control and inspection

How do I know the plastic is really the promised material?
We verify the material at the factory and, when needed, with a lab test. We confirm it is PP, PE, PET, ABS, PVC or silicone as agreed before the batch is made.
Are the containers suitable for food contact in the EU?
Only if they comply with Regulation (EU) 10/2011. We require the declaration of conformity and migration tests from the manufacturer before buying; without them we do not authorize the order.
Who owns the injection mold and how much does it cost?
The mold is in your name and kept in custody at the factory. The tooling cost is amortized over the forecast volume, and the MOQ per mold is calculated on that tooling.
Can I customize color, logo and packaging?
Yes. We define color by Pantone, finish, texture, logo marking and bespoke packaging with a barcode, and we approve a sample before producing.
Do you import recycled plastic and sustainable products?
Yes. We work with recycled plastic (PCR) and sustainable alternatives, and we verify that your products do not fall under the single-use plastics SUP bans.
How long does it take and who does the inspection?
Lead time usually ranges from a few weeks to a couple of months depending on mold and quantity. We carry out the quality inspection before shipment and send you a photographic report.
