Importing Tools from China
China makes almost every tool in the world, from screwdrivers and pliers to drills and angle grinders for well-known brands. The challenge is not finding a price but getting the quality right: soft steel, a poor alloy or an overheating motor turn a cheap tool into an expensive return. At R'S WARE we manage it from start to finish.
We import hand tools, corded and cordless power tools, hardware and fasteners, and garden tools, under your own private label (OEM) if you wish. We select and audit the factory, control the quality of the material and the motor, verify the CE marking and the lithium batteries, and handle logistics all the way to Spain, Europe or Latin America.
A tool must withstand real use for years and, if it carries a lithium battery, travel safely. Without valid certificates it cannot enter the EU, and a batch with defective steel or failing motors wrecks the margin. That is why we verify it before paying.

- Mandatory UN38.3 certificate for the lithium cells and packs.
- Safety data sheet and dangerous-goods labelling.
- Approved packaging and air and sea transport restrictions.
- Verification of the battery's real capacity against the declared one.

You can sell the tool under your own brand, without it looking like it came from a catalogue.
- Logo, corporate colour and customized case or blister pack.
- Manual, packaging and barcode in your name.
- Adjustment of specifications: torque, power, materials and finishes.
- Definition of a realistic MOQ per reference and per colour.

Contact nowFrequently asked questions
Are Chinese tools of sufficient quality?
There is everything: from excellent tools that supply European brands to very poor material. That is why we audit the factory, request samples and control the steel, the alloys and the motors before buying.
Do they carry valid CE marking to sell in the EU?
We verify that the manufacturer provides a valid CE marking and EU Declaration of Conformity, with the applicable EN standards and, when relevant, the GS mark. Without it the batch cannot be sold in the EU.
Can I import tools with lithium batteries?
Yes. We handle the UN38.3 certificate of the batteries, their safety data sheet, approved packaging and air or sea transport restrictions so that the batch does not get blocked.
Can I sell the tools under my own brand?
Yes, we work with private label (OEM): logo, colour, case, manual and packaging in your name, adjusting specifications and defining a realistic MOQ per reference.
What is the minimum order and the lead time?
The MOQ depends on the reference and the customization; we negotiate it for you. The usual lead time ranges from a few weeks to a couple of months depending on manufacturing, inspection and transport.
How do you avoid receiving a defective batch?
With prior samples, material and motor control, and an AQL inspection of the complete batch before shipment. If something does not comply, it is corrected at the factory before paying and shipping.
