Importing Electronic Components from China
China concentrates most of the world's electronics manufacturing, from PCBs and PCBA to semiconductors, connectors and modules at unbeatable prices. The problem is not the price: it is the risk of receiving counterfeit, recycled or re-marked components that pass the visual inspection but fail in production. At R'S WARE we verify it before you pay.
We import PCBs and PCBA assembly, chips and semiconductors, resistors and capacitors, connectors, wiring and modules (sensors, displays, power supplies), along with their technical documentation. We audit the supplier, demand traceability and datasheets, run electronics-specific AQL inspection and take care of antistatic packaging all the way to Spain, Europe or Latin America.
A batch of counterfeit components can halt an entire line or destroy the reliability of your final product. That is why we do not buy from just anyone: we verify the real manufacturer, the batch traceability and CE, RoHS and REACH conformity before authorizing payment.
Why import electronic components from China with R'S WARE?
Buying cheap components that turn out to be counterfeit is the worst deal: they fail in production and you have already paid. We verify what matters before payment.
- Supplier audit and confirmation that it is a real manufacturer, not just a middleman.
- Requirement of batch traceability, manufacturing date and original datasheets.
- Electronics-specific AQL inspection before shipment.
- Verification of CE, RoHS and REACH conformity.
- Antistatic packaging (ESD), reels, trays and humidity control.
What electronic components we import
- PCBs and PCBA assembly (including SMT and through-hole mounting).
- Semiconductors: chips, microcontrollers, MOSFETs, diodes and regulators.
- Passives: resistors, capacitors, inductors and crystals.
- Connectors, wiring, terminals and harnesses.
- Modules: sensors, displays, power supplies and RF modules.
- Electromechanical components, relays and heat sinks.
The real risk: counterfeit, recycled and re-marked
In electronics, the greatest danger is not appearance but the origin of the component. A re-marked chip looks new and fails within weeks.
- Components recycled from used boards and sold as new.
- Chips re-marked with references or grades higher than the real ones.
- Mixed batches from different manufacturers with no traceability.
- Counterfeits that pass the visual inspection but fail in operation.
- We verify the manufacturer of origin and the supply chain before buying.
Traceability, datasheets and certifications
Without documentation, a component is neither reliable nor legally marketable in the EU. We require it as a purchasing condition.
- Original manufacturer datasheet and exact part number.
- Batch traceability, date code and certificate of origin.
- RoHS conformity (hazardous substances) and REACH.
- CE marking where the module or final product requires it.
- Reliability reports and, where applicable, manufacturer certificates.
AQL inspection and antistatic packaging
Before paying and shipping, we check the batch with electronics-specific criteria, not just visual ones.
- AQL sampling and verification of the part number against the datasheet.
- Checking of marking, dimensions and, where applicable, functional test.
- Control of moisture sensitivity levels (MSL) on sensitive components.
- Antistatic packaging (ESD), bags, reels and suitable trays.
- You receive an inspection report with photos before final payment.
How the process works, step by step
- 1. We define part numbers, specifications and MOQ.
- 2. We audit and select the manufacturer or authorized distributor.
- 3. We verify traceability, datasheets and CE/RoHS/REACH conformity.
- 4. AQL inspection and functional test before shipment.
- 5. Antistatic packaging, insurance and customs.
- 6. Transport to your plant or warehouse.

Contact nowFrequently asked questions
How do you avoid counterfeit or recycled components?
We buy from the real manufacturer or an authorized distributor, demand batch traceability and original datasheets, and run AQL inspection before paying. That way we detect re-marked or recycled chips before they reach your line.
Do you verify CE, RoHS and REACH conformity?
Yes. We require RoHS and REACH documentation and, where the module or final product needs it, the CE marking. Without that conformity a component cannot be marketed in the EU.
What about MOQ and small orders?
Many manufacturers have high MOQs per reference. We negotiate quantities, combine references and, when it makes sense, turn to authorized distributors for smaller orders without losing traceability.
How are the components protected during transport?
We use antistatic packaging (ESD), bags, reels and suitable trays, and control the moisture sensitivity level (MSL) on sensitive components so they do not degrade in transit or storage.
Can you manufacture custom PCBs and PCBA assembly?
Yes. We manage PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly from your Gerber files and BOM, with component verification, first article and functional test before producing the full batch.
What is the usual lead time?
It depends on the component and availability: standard passives are usually fast, while certain semiconductors can have long lead times. We confirm the real lead time before closing the order.
